A Career Step graduate herself, Mary Mclaughlin has owned and operated her technical writing and consulting business, TM Information Services, since 1995. She is currently involved in the delivery of quality health documentation, development and production of on-line and print media, multimedia, and medical transcription and health documentation.

She has been employed as a high tech recruiting and staffing manager in the Puget Sound area. Her work experience has been with private business, government and nonprofit organizations, which has helped her develop a broad understanding of both community and constituent organizations.
